Sylvia Helen (Randall) Glover

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Sylvia Helen Glover formerly of Bellevue, Alberta who passed away on July 11, 2015 while receiving care at the Crowsnest Pass Health Care Centre.  Sylvia was 91 years of age.
   Sylvia was born on June 14, 1924 in Brandon, Manitoba to proud parents, William & Grace Randall.  She was raised from humble beginnings and knew hunger and hard times but she learned to count her blessings; she was never wasteful and always appreciated all that she was given. Sylvia was a generous and giving person, especially to her family and friends. She enjoyed curling, baking, cooking, and hosting festivities for her friends as they played cards.  Sylvia volunteered her spare time with the church and various community events but she was happiest spending time taking care her family and home.  She was a gracious and kind lady who will be fondly remembered and dearly missed.  
   She is survived by her son, Ronald David Glover of Calgary, AB; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and the many friends she made throughout her lifetime.  
   She was predeceased by her beloved husband, “Bob” James Robert Glover; her parents William & Grace Randall; her siblings, Jim, Fred, Gladys and Muriel.
   A Memorial Service honoring Sylvia’s life will be held on Tuesday, July 21, 2015 at 1:00 pm at Fantin's Funeral Chapel in Blairmore.  The interment of her cremated remains will follow the service at the Passburg Cemetery in the family gravesite.  Rev.
