It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Pearl Myslicki, of Coleman, Alberta. Pearl passed away peacefully on March 13, 2014 at the Crowsnest Pass Health Care Centre in Blairmore, Alberta. She was 86 years of age.
Pearl was born on December 21, 1927 in Natal, British Columbia to proud parents, Pete and Elizabeth (nee; Krall) Zeith. Pearl was raised with a great appreciation for family, friends. Pearl was a real “people person” who always found time to give back to the community. Pearl will be remembered for her caring nature and thoughtfulness in always acknowledging birthdays and anniversaries of family and friends.
Left to mourn her passing and celebrate her life include her loving daughters; Leila (Bill) Dekort of Calgary, AB and Christine (Dale) Stedford of Fort McMurray, AB; her cherished grandchildren; Nathan (Billie) of Calgary, Danielle of Calgary, Ivo (Shauna) of Fort McMurray, Allison (Josh) of Winnipeg and Adrienne of Penticton; her great grandchildren; Tie, Sophia and Wyatt of Winnipeg , Davin and Teagan of Fort McMurray; her sisters, Irene Hill of Coleman, Bernice Klassen of Edmonton, Iris (Mark) Preece of Clagary and Corrine (Richard) of Cranbrook; as well as the many friends that she made throughout her lifetime.
She was predeceased by her parents, Pete and Elizabeth Zeith; her husband, Joseph; her daughter Judy; her brothers, Donald Zeith, Peter Zeith and Dennis Zeith.
Pearl’s family would like to thank all the doctors and staff at the Crowsnest Acute and Long Term Care facilities for their wonderful care of Pearl.
A Graveside Service will be held in the Summer honoring Pearl. Cremation will follow at Fantin’s Funeral Chapel’s private crematorium. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of the late Pearl Myslicki will be gratefully accepted by the Royal Canadian Legion in Coleman(P.O. Box 448, Coleman, AB T0K 0M0).
