It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mary Steele of Hillcrest, AB at the Crowsnest Pass Health Care Centre on December 10, 2015 at the age of 67 years.
Mary was born on May 22, 1948 in Winnipeg, Manitoba to proud parents, Niven and Nelson Munn. She was raised to be a kind and generous person; traits she displayed throughout her entire life.
When not helping others as a health care provider in the field of mental health, Mary enjoyed spending time outdoors hunting, fishing and camping. Her benevolent spirit was evident in the limitless affection she had for her pets and all animals, as well as in the loyalty and devotion she showed to those she loved. Mary’s intelligence and caring nature made this world a better place. She will be missed.
Left to mourn her passing and celebrate her life is her loyal friend, Eileen Coster of Coleman, AB, and her treasured cats, Paddy and Blackie.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Bev Steele; her parents, Niven and Nelson Munn; and her brothers, Gordon Nelson Munn and Garth Edward Munn.
