I am very sad to hear of Sylvia's passing. She will forever hold a special place in my heart. I am grateful to her for teaching me some of her delicious recipes, which I still use to this day. Such a lovely woman, and she will be missed.

My condolences to Sylvia’s family on her passing.
I came to know Sylvia as a result of one of my first ( student ) summer jobs out of High School in Calgary, before going to University. In the mid to late 1970’s she was working at Woodward’s Automotive in the Chinook Center and though I didn’t know how long she had been working there, she was confident, and her patience helped many to ‘learn the ropes’. She was very kind, with her quiet and calming manner was helpful to the new and inexperienced employees . Her telephone skills in dealing with different suppliers were impressive – especially aided by her lovely English accent ! I have fond memories of Sylvia, and will always associate my brief time at Woodward’s with ‘Mrs. McInulty’.

To the family, my sincere sympathy in the loss of your Mother. She was great lady and I trust that your memories will comfort you at this sad time of her passing. Sylvia was a good friend and I will miss our telephone chats.
