Thank you to everyone for your messages of condolence. Please know that I and my family are reading them, and they are bringing comfort to us during this difficult time.

I still can't quite believe it. I know it's silly, but I think there must have been a part of me that saw my grandma as larger-than-life, and assumed she could not possibly die. I kind of thought she'd outlive us all.

Great Aunty Olga-
Deanna and I have such great memories of visiting you with Grandma and Grandpa Bianchini and then just a few years ago with Teagan, my nephew. I also remember your sister, Mary and you would speak at least once a week and update each other on any new news in "The Pass". You are loved and will be missed. I will hold the pink quilt you made for my daughter London very near and dear to my heart. You are at peace now. Bless you and your family. Love Lanelle, Reggie and London Hunter

I am so sorry for the families loss and the loss of my aunt. I used to spend a lot of time at your place when I was younger. After we moved I would take my Mom down the Pass and we would stop at Olga's. The coffee and goodies would be out before we even sat down.

After my parents died I would ask her about a recipe or how something was made. We would always laugh about something. We shared a lot of memories of long ago. I will miss her a lot.

Care to all of you

Blessings Darlene

I extend my condolences to Olga's family. I first knew Olga as our school bus driver going to and from Blairmore to Bellevue for grade 12, riding everyday through the impressive Frank Slide. As students we had such confidence in Olga's skills. In the past 10 years I shared some time and laughs with Olga when she visited Mary Bianchini and Chris Ratko in Edmonton. She offered them much support and humor as they aged. Olga was a fine example of a strong woman who faced life independently and "head-on". What an inspiration for us!

George and I are so very sorry to hear of Aunty Olga's passing. As a little girl, I used to love visiting with her and Uncle Guido, and I knew she would always have some type of awesome, delicious cookies or other baking, that she enticed me with. She was a wonderful person, whom I enjoyed visiting with, or chatting on the phone with in later years. She always had something funny to tell me and we'd laugh and laugh. Rest in Peace Aunty Olga. Our sincere condolences to Allan and Carol and all of her extended family members.
