Dear Relatives and Friends of Michael:
I was very upset and shocked by the news of cousin Mike's sudden departure. I have known Michael all my life growing up together with him in Victoria and he was definitely one of my favourite cousins. A great guy, I was an usher at his marriage to Evelyn so many years ago. We spent many hours together at family get-togethers playing pool, croquette and always enjoyed each others company. We regret that we can not be there for the service but rest assured of our prayers for the repose of Mike's soul, a mass will be said in his memory in Ottawa and he will join the list of those prayed for in November the month of all Souls by our Family. Courage and love to Mike's daughters, My Aunt Jacqueline and Cousin Steve.

There are no words that will make sense to me other than I am so very sorry for your loss - Cheri, Melissa, Bernadette, Steve and family... Mike was truly one of my best friends in the pass and was a great and good man. I will always remember all the memories especially of him singing at the BI and at pool league. He was took far too soon. We will miss his friendship always...
