Mark was an extraordinary person and a great friend. He was a gentle giant who was kind and caring and generous. He was the biggest prankster I have ever known. Just being around him was always fun because he could always cheer you up when you were feeling down and make you forget about your problems and just laugh and feel good. He made a really tough time that I was going through into a lot of fun and helped to give me a fresh start in my life. I hadn’t spoken with Mark is years but I often thought about him and shared stories about our friendship with others. He enriched the lives of the lucky ones who knew him. Although we are mourning the loss of Mark here, he is now bringing joy and laughter to the residents of heaven. Party on my friend.

My sincere condolences to the Gfrerer family. May you all find comfort in each other as you grieve this great loss.
Mark was always a happy guy and wore his big heart on his sleeve. We never stayed in touch but always had a good chat when we would run into each other...especially if it was as the vet clinic!
