Dear Ronnie and family:
I just heard the news of Henry's passing and I am overwhelmed with deep sadness. Not only was he a family friend for 50 years, but a very close personal friend to me. I instantly recall us both going for long horseback rides together to the top of the Malabar and lunching at the lake. I still find it hard to put into words the profound sadness your whole family must feel. There was never a greater father and husband. Ronnie, please contact me at my email address any time. So sad to hear about the passing of Henry. He worked for our family at the Mill Stream Restaurant in Mill Bay, BC back in the late 60's. Henry was part of the family, always joking and playing his guitar. We will miss him greatly! All the best to his wife Ronnie and family.

Hank is a great man, and always made sure we were safe on our ride to and from work. He touched manny lives in the community, I know I will miss him. Rest In Peace Hank. You are missed.
