Our deepest condolences to the Howlett & Legroulx families. Eleanor was a beautiful person who raised a wonderful family. It's a blessing she was able to spent time in the Crowsnest Pass under her loving daughter Bev & son-in-law Claude's care. We were surprised to read of her passing and pray for strength in the days to come.

My deepest sympathies to Bev, Dorothy, Garnet, and all who knew and loved Eleanor. I felt so close to her as a teenager, as I spent so much time at the Howlett house. I used to love looking at all the neat Avon bottles that she would collect, and she would often give us small samples of make-up. She once gave me some fresh Saskatoon berries in a bowl with real whipped cream..and I will never forget how wonderful it tasted. She had so much patience. I always had so much fun with the family, and felt safe knowing Eleanor was near. It gives me comfort knowing she is in God's care and love.

Thank you so much Colleen for your kind words and memories of our Mom. She sure did have many cool Avon Bottles and saved them for many years on a shelf at the bottom of the basement. I still a few of them somewhere in a box. She always loved our friends coming over. She was quite the lady. RIP MOM!! xoxo

Having lost my own mother, Eleanor's sister a few years back. I under stand the pain of separation and the disbelief that someone so constant and dear can depart and not be readily available for a chat or a hug...it takes a long time to not feel intense loss, but as it gradually becomes bearable, believable we can finally breath... recognizing life is a cycle we all pass through and the people closest to us have been our angels and us theirs. We are connected with a bond that heightens our awareness of who we are and allow us to grow and evolve during this lifetime in the safety of their presence. Till we meet again.
