Tammy Ouellet

With broken hearts, we announce the passing of Tammy Lynn Ouellet on November 16, 2025.  She was only 53 years of age.

Tammy was born on May 13, 1972, in Sudbury, ON, to Maurice and Audrey Ouellet.  Later that same year, the family moved to the Crowsnest Pass, AB, where she grew up and formed lifelong connections that remained dear to her throughout her life.

On July 27, 2019, Tammy married the love of her life, Ben Raugust. Together they shared a life full of simple joys—going out for lunch, relaxing while watching TV, camping, and travelling to Mexico. Tammy also enjoyed shopping, long baths, hot tubbing, and she cherished every moment with her precious canine companion, Bella.  More than anything, Tammy treasured the time she spent with her family and friends.  She was a devoted and beloved daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend whose warm presence, kindness, and steady love enriched the lives of all who knew her.  Tammy will remain forever in our hearts.

Left to mourn her passing and celebrate her life is her husband, Ben Raugust; her brother, Nelson Ouellet; her sister Audrey Ouellet; her beloved dog, Bella; her special nephew, Garett Ouellet; her uncle, Denis Ouellet; her cousins, Norm (Cheryl) Ouellet and Steven Ouellet; many friends, especially Tara Haslam; and her McMan family.

She was predeceased by her parents, Maurice and Audrey Ouellet; her aunt, Marjorie Ouellet; her uncle, Harold Willey; and her cousin, Danny Ouellet.

A Visitation will be held at 7:00pm on Friday, November 21, 2025 at Fantin’s Funeral Chapel (13461 – 20 Ave., Blairmore, AB), and a Memorial Service will be held at 1:00pm on Monday, December 1, 2025 at Fantin’s Funeral Chapel (13461 – 20 Ave., Blairmore, AB).  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations will be gratefully accepted by the Canadian Cancer Society (www.cancer.ca).  Condolences may be registered at www.fantinsfuneralchapel.ca.
