Roberta (Dawe) Halladay

   We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Roberta Joyce Halladay (Dawe) on October 23, 2024.

   Roberta (also called Berta, Bobbi, Bertie by special friends and family) was born in Vancouver, British Columbia on March 2, 1956.

   Roberta traveled extensively throughout Canada and the United States. Roberta came back to Canada in 1995 where she met her husband, Vern. They were married on August 2, 1997 in Lethbridge, Alberta, where they lived until her passing. Roberta loved all aspects of life, her family, camping, reading and music. One of her greatest joys was her home and yard, especially in the summer.

  Roberta will be remembered by her husband, Vern; her children, Laura (Laurie) and Eric; her sisters, Flora, Nancy, Margaret and Juliana; as well as numerous other family members and friends.

  Roberta was predeceased by her parents, Charles and Joyce; and her sister, Kathleen (Kate). A Celebration of Life will take place in Spring of 2025, with more details to follow. Condolences may be registered at www.fantinsfuneralchapel.ca.
