Brenda May Vigna

   With broken hearts we announce the passing of Brenda Vigna of Coleman, AB on January 15, 2025 at the age 45 years.

   Brenda was born in Blairmore, AB on May 4, 1979 to parents, Georgette and Dominic Vigna.  Along with her siblings, she was raised to appreciate family, friends, and the precious memories created by time spent together.

   Brenda was a very social person who could light up the room just by walking into it.  She was a well-known member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 19, Bellevue where she could often be found playing darts, and she also enjoyed playing pool with the Crowsnest Pass Pool League and golfing.  More than anything, however, Brenda loved her family - each of them meant the world to her.  That love is a light that will never dim, and she will remain forever in the hearts of all who knew her.

   Left to mourn her passing and celebrate her life is her brother, Dean (Sylvia) Vigna of Brooks, AB; her sister, Lynn (Marius) Mortensen of Okotoks, AB; her uncle, John Podgornik; her nieces, Crystal (Darin) and children, Amber, Lucas and Vienna, Jessica (Cody) and son, Aiden, Angel (Cody) and sons James and Lucas, Brittany (Jordan) and daughters Tetra and Ilia, Breanna (Trent) and children Jackson and Liliana, Ashley (Daniel) and daughter Davina, and Jennelle; her nephews, Cecil (Kaitlyn), Joey, and Jamie (Kennedy) and daughters Isabelle, Skyler and Charlotte; as well as countless friends.

   Brenda was predeceased by her infant daughter, Janessa; her parents, Georgette and Dominic Vigna; and her brothers, Brian Vigna and Wayne Vigna.

   A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00pm on Saturday, May 3, 2025 at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 19, Bellevue (2401 - 213 St., Bellevue, AB).  Condolences may be registered at www.fantinsfuneralchapel.ca.
