It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Colten Ashton of Coleman, AB who experienced a fatal seizure on November 29, 2016 at the tender age of 20 years.
Colten was born on August 17,1996 in Lethbridge, AB to proud and loving parents, Jarvie and Chalena Ashton. Colten was taught to appreciate family, friends and all of life’s blessings. Colten treasured spending time with his family and friends. He never missed an opportunity to get out and enjoy the great outdoors in the Crowsnest Pass whether it was hunting, fishing or camping, and always lived life to its fullest. He was a wonderful son, caring brother and loyal friend. He will be greatly missed and fondly remembered.
Left to mourn his passing and celebrate his life is his father, Jarvie Ashton; his brother, Levi Ashton; his grandparents, Neva Duff, Robert “Scotty” Duff, Vivian Jarvie and Harry Horn.
He was predeceased by his beloved mother Chalena Ashton.
A gathering of family and friends will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Colten will be gratefully accepted by the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada (www.mssociety.ca). Condolences may be registered at www.fantinsfuneralchapel.ca.
