Allan Lynn Grahn

   It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Allan Grahn of Blairmore, AB on February 24, 2016 at the age of 50 years.

   Allan was born in Edmonton, AB on October 19, 1965 to proud parents, Florence and Romeo Grahn.  Along with his brothers, he was raised to be a hard working and kind man.

   Allan had many interests, but he was most passionate about baseball.  He played from the time he was young right through college.  His skill and talent for the game won him a partial scholarship that helped him attain a degree in business.  Had it not been for an arm injury, Allan could have made it to the majors, as he was scouted during his college career.  His warmth and good-heartedness will be missed by all who knew him.

   Left to mourn his passing and celebrate his life are his mother, Florence; his brothers, Daryll Grahn and Brian (Barb) Grahn; his nieces, Kelsey, Kayley and Jennifer; as well as the many friends he made throughout his life.

  He was predeceased by his father, Romeo.
